When you arrive at Ganes Creek for your adventure, you will be staying in small heated cabins in the main camp. Full shower and restroom facilities plus washers and dryers are available, as well as satellite TV and VCR entertainment. We have electricity for battery charging, and cabins are fully wired and lighted. All meals will be provided. Some ground transportation is also provided. The cost of your one week stay will be $3000.00. While the price has gone up slightly this year, gold currently resides at $900/ounce, a vast improvment over the price of $300/ounce, where gold resided when we opened Ganes Creek to the public. Finally and most important... you keep all the gold you find! No limits and no percentages.
One week (7 days, 6 nights) stays are available from June until August. Each week is limited to about 12 people. Weeks are booked more or less sequentially. Arrivals are Sunday mornings and departures Saturday mornings, so you get in six actual days of nugget detecting. There will be no discounts for staying two weeks, but by staying the second week you will get an extra day of detecting.
We are currently accepting $750.00 non-refundable deposits to reserve a stay at Ganes Creek. The remainder of the balance due must be received no less than 30 days prior to your week of arrival. Otherwise your reserved space may be offered to someone else.
This upcoming year, due to the fact that there are only so many spots available each week, and that over the past couple of years we have had a series of cancellations at the last minute, we have decided that all final payments along with the deposits, will also be non-refundable.
